Exchange Policy
RMO Hats will exchange any hat for the correct size. You will have to return the hat to us, with a note specifying the new size and the address to re-ship. We will only re-ship once the hat is back to us.
Returns Policy
You may return your hat within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We can not pay for the return shipping costs of the return or amount you paid on the initial order. Color varies on websites and each person's head and fit are different. This can be challenging for both of us to get the perfect fit.
